Where are the real places, the real meals, the real ingredients that distinguish the true Italian menu from its embarrassing imitators across the country?

Kimberly and Bob started Forghedaboudit Pizza because they were missing that great authentic New York Italian cuisine they had growing up in New York or when visiting it frequently as they do now.  Bob grew up in New York, a moment’s conversation with him will prove that.  Kimberly’s been to New York so many times that she seems to have Brooklyn in her blood (even though she’s from St. Louis).

So they thought one night, “Where are the real places, the real meals, the real ingredients that distinguish the true Italian menu from its embarrassing imitators across the country?”

Well now they’re here!  Here’s the pepperoni with the right spice.  Here’s the crust on the pizzas as it should be. And the garlic, tomatoes and basil that make the marinara they missed and you deserve. The parsley, the meatballs, the pasta, the bread, oh the bread. It’s all here.

Forghedaboudit is about doing it right.  Doing it as it’s been done for generations and even centuries by Italians across the world.  But now it’s here in Deming, in the Southwest, and coming soon to a neighborhood near you.
